Use the "Create" button in the lower-left below the Community listings in the Communities Section Page.

Click on the Communities button on top link bar
( Home | Friends | Messages | Communities)

In the communities page there is button called "CREATE" at lower left corner of the screen. Click it and follow the instructions...

very simple... go to communities tab....select create my own....give in a name and description....invite ur friends:-)
