I think I would try to convince him/her that dragons have just as much right to exist as any other creature! If that didnt work, then Im pretty certain Id resort to violence!!!

Will plant some tiger merchandice in his hose,
Order a search in his house,
Wage a war on his locality.
Kill all ppl except him
find him later,put him on dummy trial,
Hang him early. and start searching for tigers to hunt
