Personnal manning trucks must be protected by laws on entrapment so that they will not be abused by Policemen.

if they are employed by the govt then they have to give a miranda warning to make an arrest and have probable cause or permission for search and seizure.I think reasonable suspicion is enough for some searches and probable cause for arrest by the way security ofc.don't require miranda for an arrest. this link may clear it up:

Entrapment is cohercing some to do something that they would not normaly do. If they don't make you do something that you were already going to do then it isn' t entrapment.
