Take one million from EACH and EVERY person who makes more than two million a year...TAKE IT YEARLY...
DO NOT GIVE IT TO GOVERNMENT...find some other group to govern it.
Then completely redo the school system...all the way to university. You DO NOT graduate TILL you have a DEGREE from UNIVERSITY...NO 12 year crap...
PAY GOOD Teachers TONS more, get rid of BAD teachers....take away their degree!!!
We must fix our children. We must RAISE children better what we have been doing!! They are our NATION's future!!!
While I am at it.....MANDATORY parenting Classes the ENTIRE 9 monthes of pregnancy. Put a stop to the Baby Factorys for more welfare.
And this may piss off some, put hey I am dreaming of MY perfect nation....This is AMERICA, yes, have open borders....BUT...
1. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
2. Must have a TAX paying Job
3. Must have own living arrangement
4. Must not break laws
5. Can not afford to live here, then they are sent HOME...we do not pay their way.

I am Canadian so your getting and out sider looking in point of view..
First get rid of bush
.........
Second stop trying so hard to be politically correct....( all it is doing is making people so scared they can't talk, and making others to sensitive)
Third Admit when you are wrong... other countries are starting to get sick thinking that you guys are bullies.....and snobs
Fourth Focus on going after on country at a time.....
Fifth Burn every tabloid magazine in the world.. and bomb Hollywood..
(the message its sending to every one especially to our youths is crazy...Its OK to kill ..OJ.... Its OK to have an affair..well almost all of Hollywood there..Its OK that you don't care about you kids..sorry Britney...)That money and looks are everything come one...Girls got to start eating Hollywood.!!!
That is just the tip of the ice burg....I just wish some people would just start doing something about it....
Canada is starting to have the same problems......
