Not even! I get an eyelash in my eye like nearly everyday!! Depending on what part of the eye the lash has fallen onto...if its on the iris then u should splash some water on it. But if its on the flesh part ( the inside of the bottom lash area) then just pull the skin down gently ( as if applying eyeliner) and get a clean finger and remove the lash.It really doesn't hurt at all , it hurts more if u leave it in there for it to come out on its own!

Eyelashes in your eyes is no big deal. The only time this will hurt is when the eyelash is in your eye. Getting it out is the easy part. Your eyes will water a bit and maybe sting a tiny bit but it will all be over in like 5 seconds

My Dad (who is a doctor) always told me when I was younger (I don't need to be reminded and told now) that you should blink your eyes repeatedly until the eyelash has come to the side of your eye (the side near your nose/closer to your nose). From there, wash your hands and gently remove the eyelash in a swoop/flick of your finger (you can obviously take your time, although it's very easy to get the eyelash out when it has gone to the side of your eye). If you blink for say 30 seconds and it doesn't come to the side of your eye (which it usually does) leave it until it comes to the side of your eye. It will come eventually. Just do normal activities and check in the mirror and see where it is (if it's visible). Blink quite a few times if you can see the eyelash "migrating" towards the side of your eye

It's much better to use the techniques I've listed above than irritate and possibly scratch your eye with your fingernail or put dirt into your eye trying to get the eyelash out from say for example the middle of your eye.

I hope I've been of some help.

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on how gentle you are. But it's not a good idea to poke a finger, that might have germs, inside the eye.

Try this next time. Close your eyes a few times, and try to get the eye-lash to the bottom of the eye, or the corner. Then wet a Q-tip and gently sweep off the eye-lash. It is safe, quick, and does not hurt at all. It works everytime.

You could cause an irritation in your eye if you have anything on your fingers when you try to retrieve the eyelash. It is also possible to scratch your eye which could cause you some problems. It would be better to flush any foreign objects out of your eye with clear water andtry not to rub.

If you use the nail of your finger be careful. A piece of facial tissue works well also. Wash your hands before using them to make sure they are clean. Good luck and keep the 20/20.

It can scratch your eye if you have any dirt or dust particles on your finger. Your best bet is to take a tissue, fold it in half diagonally, moisten the tip (corner) and then use that to get the lash. The lash will stick right to it.

YES! be very careful!! the best way to get it out is to flush flush flush with water. Even after the lash is out, you may have pain that makes it feel like it's still in there, but leave your eye alone- don't rub it. it will only make it worse.

well it can if your not careful - clean your hands first then keep opening & closing your eyes, then hopefully it should push it to the edge of your eye then you should be able to get it out! if not, if you have a eye solution use that! or put water in your eye as much as you can - then it should just float out :D
