Do liberals really prefer the killing of innocents over killing of terrorists?

Don't get mad at me. I saw an answer from a liberal that said that. I just wonder if this is true of most or all.

This had to do with a war on terror question.

This is a real question. It really surprised me when I read this on answers. The one I choose as correct will be one of the ones who gave me a real answer.

Who ever said it, is probably ignorant and knows nothing.

I want to choke the compassion out of ignorance such as you mention, and done intelligently with proper words of grace, and a few good cracks, called the "laying of hands" for removing evil thoughts and spirits...LOL

Don't even give them any piece of your mind, just ignore those whom seek attention negatively.

PS: The above cracks and choking is a metaphor, and nothing more and nothing less.

Liberal, not democrats... Think that there is a peaceful negotiation amongst all of this. The Democrat voted for the war in Iraq, our own people did. You must realize that the "democrats" on this site hear that the war in Iraq is opposed so therefor they oppose it. The democrats on this website end up making their own reason to oppose the war. It's too much headline reading, and no reading between the lines. True democrats support a war victory, we just think that it should be a lot quicker. That is why Bush is sending more troops to Iraq. He had too much faith in our soldiers. He thought we can do it with what we have there.

Everyone makes a mistake. Get the hell over it.

Many of these "terrorists" don't even tell their families what they are doing and then once they are killed the family greeves and the brothers become filled with rage and fight for revenge. Thus creating more "terrorists." When the battle is happening at the end of your driveway, it is a lot easier to get involved in the mess; that's why Americans don't respond the same when they have family killed in war.

The crime rate drops dramatically when social tensions are removed (see "Freedom Writers"), but we are not working very hard on removing tension in Iraq. Instead we have made a "Pirates of the Carribean 2" 3-way battle, if you will. They fight us because we keep killing their family members. If we stop killing, there will be no will to kill us and then we can work on uniting Iraq.

I'm not a liberal, so I can't speak for them.

But I will anyway.

I don't believe that liberals really desire to see innocents killed, and at the same time, I don't believe that liberals understand the consequences of their actions, and that they actually do stand on a platform of killing innocents:

abortion
assisted suicide
rights for terrorists
no racial profiling at security checkpoints
anti-war at any cost, including the risk of a growing terror threat

These are among the most voiced liberal points of view in the media. It's understandable why they are viewed by some as actually wanting to kill innocent human beings.

Even when Hezbollah is lobbing bombs into Israel, liberals wanted Israel to take the blame. It astounds me how little value liberals have for human life.

First off, There is a difference between far left and a democrat. Just like the difference between a conservative and a neo- con. One is far left and the other far right! You have3 crazies in everything, every religion, politics, police, doctors, scientist, lobbiest ect......

You can not fairly generalize, and to do so shows nothing but Ignorance!

Here is an example that was part of an actual interview between a rock star and a radio host in the early 70's.:: Radio Host::: I guess that long hair make you a girl?! Now, the radio host had a wooden leg for a prostetic. so the rock star ask: I guess that wooden leg makes you a table!

This is my fav at parties in Northern California. The liberals and I assume you mean democrats. They love to protect killers, with protests over Tookie Williams’s execution and fighting for terrorist rights, hence the ACLU and other large law firm donors to the Democratic Party that Hate Club Gitmo. But, stick a needle in a baby's head, to kill the infant by sucking out its brain, hence the fight over the Supreme Court justices, and President Clinton's Veto of the partial birth abortion bill. Oh yea, he can pardon murderous drug smugglers, but won’t save an innocent baby. Yes, Liberal Dems are hypocrites. Don't believe me, then check the voting record of the Dem's regarding Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003 finally signed by George W.

The senate passed the bill W. signed 64-33, no this is just a guess, with two independents, 55 repubs, that leaves only 12 dems that voted for it. And I would bet those dems are not Libs....lol

Ask yourself who said it, why did he say it, and in what context?
Judge the statement based on these criteria.
It's called critical thinking and it'll help you avoid falling for propaganda.

They are pro-choice, which essentially means they do not have a problem with the murdering of unborn babies. They do not want to "waste money" and kill the terrorists at the source and would prefer to have attacks like 9/11 until we go after them. The far left liberals are the looney ones. The moderate speak similar ideas that i can relate to, but yeah, the psychos like Pelosi are the ones that are looney.

First - there is NO liberal, Democrat, near left or far left that supports terrorism and does not want them dead after a legitimate trial.

2nd - there are NO innocents involved in an abortion. No bablies, no people, nobody.

I don't care what some lunatic preacher has told you or what the religion you have CHOSEN to follow tells you.
