im getting a back door trogen dont know how to get rid of it?

You appear to have malware.

Get adaware, spybot, windows defender. All are free.
Install them.
Run them.
re-boot in safe mode.
run them again, and run ad/remove programs.

How did you detect it? The same antivirus program will delete this worm for you. Otherwise you'd never know to tell us about it.

Is that the same as a hemorroid. Preparation H works for me.
