First, find a wife and have a baby.
Work very hard and save your money for many many years.
Teach, protect, support, and nurture the child until it reaches adulthood.
Pay for the child to go to university where he/she will learn computer programming and software design.
After graduation, the child will need to find a job in the computer software development field.
When that happens, you will have made a software developer.

Open an institute of Information Technology or u can also take it from Mr.Narayan murthy on rental,then start a course in your college called "Software Developer" and give quotation in local newspaper for students who r eager to join such course.
Thats how u can make Software developer .

if u mean how to become a software developer then:
u need to take computer science and/or computer information systems cources.
It takes time for anyone to become a developer… and years of experience.
