I actually like several lines:
Terminator: Arnold's "I'll be back!"
Terminator again: When Reese says to Sarah, "I've come through time for you."
10 to Midnight: When Charles Bronson finally corners at gunpoint the serial killer of young women (and almost his daughter), the killer taunts Charles saying that he'll claim insanity and be out again in a few years and that Charles wouldn't dare shoot him with the police approaching -- and then Charles replies "the hell I won't! BAM!"
... and in Aliens when Sigourney Weaver is battling the monstrous Alien who's trying to kill the little orphan girl whom Sigourney has become fond and protective of her -- Sigourney, mad as anything says to the Alien "Get away from her you b****!"
Frenzy: Finally caught after just murdering the last of several women by strangling them with his tie, the detective says "Why Mr. Rusk, you're not wearing your tie!"

From Sholey this dialogue is the height of the film when A.K Hangal Says -
Jante Ho Duniya me Sabse bada Boz Kaunsa Hai ? Baap Ke Kandho Pe Bete Ka Zanaja.Issase Badkar Boz Koi Naahi !
From Ben Herr Hollywood - Prince Judea says to his fiancee - From today with this ring Joy and Happiness to you and your sorrow to me ..so on.

One of my favorites is the 4th of July Speech during Independence Day where the president declares July 4th an international holiday, the day humanity fights back. I always get tingles when I hear it no matter how many times I watch that movie!

Har Ghadi Badal Raha Hai Roop Zindagi
Chaav Hai Kahhi Hai Dhoop Zidnagi
Har Pal Yahan
Jee Bhar Jiyo Jo Hai Sama
Kal Ho Na Ho
Har Ghadi Badal Raha Hai Roop Zindagi
Chaav Hai Kahhi Hai Dhoop Zidnagi
Har Pal Yahan
Jee Bhar Jiyo Jo Hai Sama
Kal Ho Na Ho
Chaahe Jo Tumhe Poore Dil Se
Milta Hai Woh Mushkil Se
Aisa Jo Koi Kahin Hai
Bas Vahi Sabse Hasin Hai
Us Haath Ko Tum Thaam Lo
Woh Meherbaan Kal Ho Na Ho
Har Pal Yahan
Jee Bhar Jiyo Jo Hai Sama
Kal Ho Na Ho
Palko Ke Leke Saaye
Paas Koi Jo Aaye
Lakh Sambhalo Paagal Dil Ko
Dil Dhadke Hi Jaaye
Par Sochlo Is Pal Hai Jo
Woh Dastan Kal Ho Na Ho
Har Pal Yahan
Jee Bhar Jiyo Jo Hai Sama
Kal Ho Na Ho
Har Pal Yahan
Jee Bhar Jiyo Jo Hai Sama
Kal Ho Na Ho

From Deewar.
Gangster Amitabh ask his Honest Police Officer Brother Sashi Kapoor
Mere Paas Gaadi Hai!,
Paise Hai!,
Banglow Hai!
Tere Pass Kya Hai ?
(I have a Car, Load of Money and a Mansion to live. What do you have?)
Sashi Kapoor replies
Mere paas MAA Hai!
(I have mother living with me, implying the loss of mother's love towards a child cannot be replaced with any material benefits. REALITY BITES)

There's SO many to choose from!
I'd start out with my current fav:
"But I like a cookie!" from Over the Hedge
Then there's: "Run Forrest, run!" from Forrest Gump.
Of course, both of these have personal jokes along with them so any time one is said, it cracks me up.
