Because like everything else that has to do with this war....Bush made a mistake and doesn't know how to rectify it without admitting he doesn't know what he's doing.....and won't take advice.

YOu mean without any charge. THey're special detainees the government deem too dangerous. I don't know exactly what that means other than they're too scared of taking responsibility for future attack.

They are also not American citizens...our constitution and bill of rights do not apply. They can be held there until the stars burn out. How is GW an idiot? Oh...I forgot that he's holding them there.
