well the vision worsen gradually if you are supposed to wear specs but you are not regular at it!if the num increasing,so somewhere it is so obvious that some people can go blind!from my exp i can say that for the past five years am always wiv either my specs or contact lenses and my num is still the same on the other side my friend's num keeps increasing coz she is not regular with her specs

This depends on your chromosomes. Some people are distend to go blind. If you need glasses and do not wear them you are giving your eyes more strain thus headaches and possibly more rapid deterioration.
If you are not destined to go blind you will just get headaches and eye strain.

I don't believe you will go blind if you never wear specs. However, if you need glasses you will likely experience headaches from eyestrain if you ignore it.

Are you talking about glasses or sun glasses? If you're talking about glasses, no you won't go blind. Although, vision is prone to worsening in certain circumstances. And if you're talking about sun glasses, I really don't think so.
