Pack a lunch that includes a protein, fruit, vegetable and healthy drink, such as a sugar-free beverage or water.
2) Start with a healthy bread – whole wheat pita or bread with 2+ grams of fiber per slice.
3) For a snack, try sliced cucumbers or sliced peppers.
4) Variety is the key, so be sure to include things like yogurt, low-fat cheese and an apple or grapes. Add some low-fat dip for veggies.

HEALTHY?
Yeah lots of great things. First of all make sure u have a good lunch box, something that is secure and will keep ur food fresh for longer, like a cooler bag or something. Good snack type foods could be; yogurt, dices fruit salad that you can get in containers, sultanas, carrot, clerey and cheese sticks vegemite crackers, crackers with cheese, grapes, musli bars, Le' snakes, tuna etc... and some foods that are more filling try; salad and meat rolls (whole meal), salad sandwiches, tuna in little tins, soup (you can put in a flask to keep hot), tins of spaghetti (if y don't mind them cold), salad with light dressing.
