You have to use offline browser for your pupose. Offline Browsers save the whole whole website or part of it as you desire.
There are several available in this segment. My favorite was Snake. I don't know that it's still around or not. But for latest go to Download.com. the link is given below

Use a website downloader. Go to www.download.com to search for a free software.
Personally I use "Free Download Manager". There is a download website feature, which downloads according to the original server structure. Basically it downloads everything and you can view everything offline. It's quite good, with no advertisements. Download link http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/scripts/downl.php?file_id=1
And for a free website editor I use NVU.

For Internet Explorer only
To organize your favorite pages into folders
As your list of favorite pages grows, you can keep it organized by creating folders. You might want to organize your pages by topic. For example, you could create a folder named Art for storing information about art exhibits and reviews.
On the Favorites menu, click Organize Favorites.
Click Create Folder, type a name for the folder, and then press ENTER.
Drag the shortcuts (or folders) in the list to the appropriate folders.
If the number of shortcuts or folders makes dragging impractical, you can use the Move to Folder button instead.
To change the settings for offline pages
On the Favorites menu, click Organize Favorites.
Right-click the offline page you want to update, and then click Properties.
Specify the settings you want for updating the content.
To make an existing favorite item available offline
On the Favorites menu, click Organize Favorites.
Click the page you want to make available offline.
Select the Make available offline check box.
To specify a schedule for updating that page, and how much content to download, click Properties.
Before you go offline, make sure you have the latest version of your pages by clicking the Tools menu and then clicking Synchronize.
You can also make Web pages available offline without adding them to your Favorites list, by saving the pages on your computer.
