Is it legal search a room separately rented out in a single housekeeping unit with a search warrant?

The search warrant must cover specifically the house to be searched whether a single room or the whole house in order to be valid.

Any place or person can be searched or seized once a warrent has been issued. See the fourth ammendment to the U.S. Constitution.
