After dating former Emmerdale star Cleveland Campbell, press reports suggested that Atkinson shared her Cheshire home with Charlton Athletic striker Marcus Bent. Bent broke off his engagement to fiancee Kelly Clark - mother of his two-year-old daughter - after meeting Gemma at a party just months before a planned wedding[3]. Atkinson and Bent became regulars on the Manchester club scene, with numerous tabloid recorded rows over her drinking.[4]
Most recently Atkinson has been linked to Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo, however in a brief interview with This Morning regarding her role in Soapstar Superstar she put an end to the rumours and claimed there was no truth in the rumours. According to press reports she was also linked to "Soapstar Superstar" contestant Mark Furze[5]. However, put an end to that rumour also in the same interview on This Morning, she is currently single.

Um.. didn't you already answer your own question? With all the additional info you put in? Why even bother asking this question when you already know the answer? Why should you care, anyway? Is football really about the sport or the players?
