A source has told me that he was raped then killed in the back alley of of his own apartment. A gang of 5 african americans from the age of 5 - 10 pinned Mr Hung down and sexually assaulted him. The boys then took out a knife, cut off his penis and choked him to death with it.

Although there are rumors circulating the Internet, that William committed suicide by drug overdose... these rumors are false.
William is presently working on his forth album ... a mini album, with 5 or 6 songs on it. He has since released two other records: Hung for the Holidays (December 2004) and Miracle: Happy Summer from William Hung (July 2005).
Hung has also appeared on CNN Headline News, Today Show, Tonight Show with Jay Leno, staged concerts in Asia and lent his voice to a handful of professional sporting events.
Not content with just singing, Hung has even ventured into acting, with the Hong Kong action-musical-comedy Where Is Mama’s Boy, bit parts in a Spanish movie, an English one starring Lorenzo Lamas, Olivia Hussey, Coolio and Ernest Borgnine, plus a guest role in the critically-acclaimed TV comedy Arrested Development. He’s also the only American Idol contestant to have inspired a documentary Hangin’ with Hung.
So, he's been pretty darn busy. lol ... amazing eh?

haha, i remeber him, he was actully on vh1 a while back, talking about different people to remember of 2006... apperently, he put out an album, sold a few copies, but other wise, hes just kinda kicing around, hes not dead...but for a dude that knew he had no talent, he went pretty far!!! go william, go william, its your birhday!!!

No idea. He is dead, in the sense that nobody really knows who he is now. His singing was soooo horrible.
