I am 64, and I experienced feeling normal for the first time in my life just a short couple of days ago. "There is something to be said for longevity."
I have recently made some changes in my life that have been a long time coming. One of the changes is the recognition of three major meanings or symbolic moments that have become understandable to me.
First, I had a vision during a Native American Ritual that showed me a symbol of the "Gem of the Universe" coming together in millions of pieces in just seconds until the finally a perfect piece detailed and clearly inserted itself perfectly into the Gem which then was whole.
I dismissed it at the time, but did not forget it.
The other day, while driving to a happy occasion, I remembered that Gem in the Sweat Hut Ceremony and it suddenly made sense to me.
Perfection is possible and normal in the Spiritual. So suddenly another image of my past appeared and it was a plane crash in Chicago that kill hundreds but also killed several infants which I hated and could not accept. I forgot about the pain of it.
But it came back to me as I drove, and I pulled over and stopped.
Earlier that week, I had realized that faith is a form of knowing, which is different than believing. With believing it is a task to reassemble the justification or proof when something traumatic happens, but with faith it is knowing without proof being necessary.
So, longevity, symbolic moments, Gem of the Universe, In the Spiritual, perfection is possible, Infants have full lives, and finally Faith is a form of knowing.
What does this all mean. It is feeling that life all works out even for the infant in the plane crash. No matter what, the life of a spirit goes on until completion. Rebirth, salvation, or whatever, the child is not done living.
One for the road, "We all make it to heaven, or none of us do!"

Yes, I am! Why? Because I know who I am and what I can do!
There's beautiful things in the world and that I live in free country where I can discover those beautiful things that most people forget to notice. Like how the blue sky looks after the two days rain. Or having my nephews and nieces introduce me as their Aunt who she loves them! Going hiking to the top of the mountain and see with your own eyes the beauty of nature. Life is beautiful!
It's all up to me!
