If a student is preparing for government Job and went to give an interview . If the Board ask about Hobbies then what kind of answer should he given by him/her to make a good impression over the Board for ensuring his/her selection. The case becomes quite serious when the candidate is doing a full time Job because he is economically not so sound and he is having no time for any hobby. The answer should be in such a way that the Board could think that the Candidate is not telling a lie because the Board also asks questions related to the hobbies. Also describe me about some co curricular activities because the board also ask questions with these related topics also.

there has to be something you do besides work and sleep! Don't you read? describe the kinds of books you read, do you have a pet, or any house plants? do you cook? all those are hobbies. tell them what you like to do in yourspare time, as long as its not something like taking pictures of women through their bedroom windows.

If the Board could tell if you're lying, then just answer truthfully. Of course if you're into something like gambling, you might consider not mentioning it. Also different interviewers have their own personality so a hobby that appeals to one might not work for another interviewer.

I think you should relax a bit. Everybody is entitled to some hobbies, time and money have nothing to do with it.

You must say what your actual hobbies are.

What kind of candidate is that? He must be having great faith in lies. Please tell him it will take him nowhere.
