I love water dragons (also called water dogs). Here are some ideas: Squiggy, SpongeDog, Humpty, Ozbourne, Ralphie, Vegas, Bubba, Dandy, Skipper, HulkHogan, Paris, Casini....wow, my head is rolling.

Definitely not a human name! One of my biggest pet peeves is pets with human names like "Frank" or "Steve," that is lame. Names from Asian culture seem to go well with reptiles, ours is named Bahamut.

I try to stick to Egyptian gods. Anubis, Ra, Halthor. always a good place to start.
