It's a way of questioning our existence. I need serious and intelligent answers, evolving from deep and critical thinking. Not mere flat statements just for the sake of showing one's admiration and respect, or the converse for God.

Plase justify your answers, if possible.

Thanks for the pain to think about it and to answer my question.

Kev.

The first question is did god create the universe, after all, that is one of the biggest philosophical question.
I can't tell you why god created the universe because I don't believe that he did.
I don't think the universe actually exists, I think we are all spirits who are having a collective dream. Death is the awakening. There is no why, it just is because it's fun. Maybe we all need to reach a higher plane and we go through the dream life to learn a lesson about ourselves. You know how a dream can feel like it spans days when we know that the average dream lasts about 15 seconds. Life is short too, it only feels long when we are in the dream.

I have often thought about this question and have concluded
that the universe is a central component of God.
Every time we explore it further we find new things. It is like we are meant to find the way forward through exploration in all aspects of our lives both in science and religion.I am not convinced that the universe and God can be separated. You should remember one thing today in the laws of physics we do not include something
that ancient thinkers would have included and that is a moral law.
Pliny "The Cosmos is a system and the head of that system is a diety"I for one cannot really separate the two. Please note I have not defined the nature of God but I am a christian.

What is GOD? Now we are pretty sure that the Universe started from the big bang. Now lot of religious people would say no God created the universe. In my opinion they could be one in the same, I mean let’s say the universe is created according to the big bang theory well what caused the big bang? If you find an answer to that question then ask what caused that eventually you will see that science and God go in hand and hand. Science in a way reinsures us that there is God. But our defination of God, that is why I asked earlier what is God?, is distorted by cultures, myths, and uncertainty. The reason why there is a big war, so to speak, between religion and science is that religion is based on myth while science relies on evidence. But the goal of both is the same thing regardless of if they realize it or not. One day science will realize that there has to be higher power that had to initiate what ever explanation it comes up with. And religion will realize that in order for God to be discovered science is needed.

God created this universe for the man (here man=all the world's men+women). He created man to worship Him. As long as you live in the framework provided by Him, you are worshiping Him. This frame work is the religion He has provided us with. His book is the torch that will guide you. You can have all the evidence of His existence from his book ,scientific evidence or otherwise.

You must know that it is impossible for a mortal being like us to have the wisdom of the Creator of this universe. You must be very careful other wise you might draw ignorant conclusions like Charles Darwin did. I think your best bet is to believe what God says-not blindly but by first satisfying you intellect from the things that you CAN understand like the miracles He has mentioned in His book etc.
Good luck

An all perfect God would not need imperfect humans- we would mean nothing to him. God is perfection, so is beyond human logic and reason. Therefore I don't think I believe in a Creator God.

God did not want to be alone in the void. God made everything from himself/nothing. He/it experiences everything that is experienced.
God also allowed the freedom for all this to happen.
