how is the best way to treat dry skin

my skin use to be EXTREMELY dry like so dry its all rough. then i started putting on aveeno hand cream. it works almost immediately. i apply once a day. for my face, which is soo dry you can just see my white pigment there. i apply shiseido's
whitening protective moisturizer II SPF 15. every morning. i use it like a daycream. trust me. it actually works. now my skin is soo moist and smooth. skin types may vary. im just giving you a nice suggestion that works perfectly for me. im not sure about you but you can always try it! anyways, asking you skin doctor may be the most protective person you may wanna trust. make sure you do this daily if your following my suggestion to maintain nice fine smooth moist skin. have fun♥

yes i agree with others that you should wear a good moisturiser beneath all your other makeup. i have a really dry skin n i first use my moisturiser as my base before i put on other makeup.

Before you put on your makeup, put a moisturizing lotion on your face. Do this twice a day if you can.
