but do you really think they'd listen? by the way, there's a theory that whales beach themselves to escape sharks? a study was done here in oz, they somehow managed to turn them over and there were all these deep cuts along the underside. mind you, it's only presumed that they're shark marks.

1. Restrain whale fishing.
2. Stop polluting the seas and oceans.
3. Allow less cargo traffic (you know that the very low-frequency vibrations generated by the propellers disturb whales -especially the sperm whales- (in French "cachalots").
4. Identify the industries that use whale oil and find another raw material to substitute it.
etc. Be reasonably environmentalist (ecolo).
