Presuming that I have water to drink on such an island might be a poor presumption. Even if it were true, the water would likely be undrinkable unless I also developed a thirst for sand and dust in my water.
Nonetheless, I'd pick an equally impossible food choice for such a scenario: Where one would find apples on such an island I do not know, but they are very good for quenching thirst as well as easing hunger.
