i wonder if guys would notice me if i were skinny, im a bigish girl, but i have great looks, i get complements, but nothing more, what else can i do to attract men who like big women

I'll tell you right now that your biggest problem is self-confidence. That is very clear from your post. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you, you certainly don't have to torment yourself and make yourself miserable trying to lose weight.
Having a child is not a problem either, that's just crazy thinking. there are plenty of men that like children and won't think twice about seeing you just because you have them. Yes, it may deter men that don't like children, but they're not the kind of men you're looking for.
You need to be proud of yourself. People who have low self esteem are contagious, they bring down the people they are with, they're not good people to be around.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with you except maybe you've been though a bit of a hard time lately and feel run down? You need to lift yourself up and be positive. You can't expect other people to be positive about you if you're not positive about yourself.

Well, usually when a guy is interested there will usually be some steady eye contact. You can even tell with the shy ones too. But believe it or not, guys can also be intimidated approaching a beautiful women, and like they say some of the most beautiful women are the most insecure women, but anyhow, watch for body language, the body says more. But don't come off too strong trying to find out, you'll come off as desperate. When you find the right person, or he has found you, you will know. And as long as you think your beautiful, men will treat you like your beautiful..men like confident women, not insecure women who complain about there body parts, save that when you get married...LOL
