I"m sorry but this question makes no sense. Bush's "intelligent and effective" foreign policy? You just insulted 65% of the American population with this statement, because that is how many people don't believe that Bush's foreign policy is "intelligent and effective." It is neither. Only 700,000 dead Iraqis, a country we are bombing back to the stone age (two if you count Afghanistan), and $200 million a day (yeah, you read that right - $200 million per day) for the illegal occupation of Iraq.
Sorry, but "intelligent" and "effective" are not words that can be used in the same sentence as George W. Bush and be taken seriously.

this is a leading question and as such it does not deserve a serious reply. for the record -- not many people are saying that the President's current foreign policy is an intelligent and effective one. it is not. the proof is in the pudding. and see the current results of world affairs. case not closed, history is still in the making and judgments are
only reserved to historians.

If everybody stepped back and got their head out of their ***, were dealing with a much different enemy than americans realize. Were fighting and idea, like when america has the idea of a revolution from the british, it can be very powerful and impossible to control. The only thing that could have been different is if the conflict was prolonged. Rest assured eventually durring some presidents tenure, shortly in the future, the **** was going to hit the fan anyway.

Bush's foreign policy ignited world leaders to conform to his policies that activates them to make a reform in their own countries with restraint scenarios, of course. Like joining globalization. through the door of World Trade Organization, another is Law for Terrorism.
