friend, i need your help???

the GPRS/MMS of my phone is already barred or deactivated.. can i activate it again? how?? is there need for me to change my sim card??

I am sure you can get your functions unbarred or deactivated... provided you pay your bills and contact your service provider. I do not think you need to change your sim card if you wtill want to stay with your current service provider.

Solution: contact your service provider
