Well, it depends on what you're referring to when you say "spank."
If you mean just a simple swat on a girl's bottom, maybe as you're walking by in the halls, then I'd say that almost all of us do for one reason or another. Some like it as a teasing way of surprising a girl. Others might like it as a greeting for a female that they're close to.
