WinXp Run32.dll parameter list..?

Can anybody show me the run32.dll parameter list?

If you mean rundll32.exe, it's used to run a dll (or cpl) as an exe. It's just a stub that takes the name of a suitable dll or cpl (control panel dll) as an argument and runs it. I don't know of any parameters other than the name of the target dll.
