Un-American foreigner??? Huh??? A person who is not from America is a foreigner. Period. Do you mean Non-American? Coming to whose defense??? If we went to another country... then the folks there were not foreigners...
I'd try to address your question... which in a nutshell is this: I don't care who laughs at me... but your question doesn't make sense... maybe reword it for clarification???

sure they are! nelson mandela is a prime example - after america praised his "release" and power into govt in south africa, he went and supplied arms to the middle east and made a staggering amount of money, AFTER america asked him please not to do it. his response was "don't tell me how to run my country". and you wonder where all the gaddafis came from? lol
