You might want to take a grammar lesson before you think about the pay of a psychiatrist.

However, I would check salary.com if you really are interested.

A practicing psychiatrist can receive any amount that he or she requires unless the doctor is practicing in a hospital environment.
Then the hospital sets the fee which the doctor never sees. The doctor is usually on a fixed salary.
