Why would he? At least in the popularity contest, celebrity way, she has nothing to offer, and she would definately assume the , eh hem, K-Fed role in the relationship.
No matter how annoying I find Timberlake's music and career (although he impressed me on SNL, his acting at least) he's some friggin way on the top, and she's the only one that would benefit from such a union.
He needs another older woman, I mean that's really the in thing right now, anyway. Maybe Nicole kidman will dump her heroin addict soon, or no wait, of course, its sooooo f**kin obvious, Jennifer Aniston!!!
