hahah I find this really funny because I've always thought after pubic hair has been shaved and begins growing back, it looks sort of like a beard. If you shave, maybe your mind subconsciously picked that up, too. A lot of the material in dreams is completely subconscious. It can be something like hearing a noise in the distance but not registering it in your conscious mind, or feeling something in your sleep that doesn't register. The fact that these don't come to your mind when you know it means nothing. Might you have subconsciously thought about your hair looking like a beard?
And as for the work part, that is probably more subtle. Do you often feel insecure around them? Or wonder if they do respect you? It's hard for anyone to fully interpret someone else's dream without all of the details, but I hope I helped a little.

maybe deep down, you want to embrace and expose your sexuality? wear it proudly cuz you didn't try your best to shave it off? some people would just call out sick. were you pissed or indifferent when they laughed? if you were pissed, than you cared about what they thought. if you were, 'eh whatever' than your confident and happy that you came out with it.
then again, maybe you just a naaaasty girl and you get down like that. if so, more power to you : )
