sahould the masses of pedal powered rickshaws now blihting the streets of london be licenced. they are carrying fare paying passengers yet have total dis-rgard for the rules of the road. wrong turns, no indication, the list could go on. i asked a policeman a while back if he could get some moved from the corner of shaftesbury ave and wardour st. he replied he had asked them a number of times and they ignore him so if i hit one or two in my lorry trying to negotiate the junction the he will be looking the other way. what can we do if even the police have no power over them.

I hate those things! Always touting, annoying people and hanging outside theatres. You take your life in your hands crossing the road in central london at night because of them. I imagine they're run by some east european organised crime group.
