I am guilty of not working out at the gym like I use to. I am guilty of saying little white lies when I know lies are lies. I am guilty of having a messy messy house and that the last time I cleaned my kitchen was six months or more ago.

Using my work computer to make numerous online purchases. Petty theft in college ... Being mean to people I work with. Masturbation (Even though Robert A. Heinlein said it should be free of guilt, there's still ample guilt from my end of things.)

Daydreaming way too much. And smoking a lot of weed back in college. Which may account for the daydreaming problem.

nothing. i did what i had to. you can never know the impact your one action will have in coming time. being guilty just makes it worse.
