Yeah, I think it should be Steve Nash. Although LeBron will make a good run at being MVP, Nash has too many points and assists and LeBron can't match that. Also, Nash does make his teammates better. Yes, LeBron does too, but he hasn't reached the level where he's leading his team far in the playoffs, like Nash is.

Neither...Nash never deserved MVP b/c he is part of a system, a system that allows him to play at such a high level and run and gun. Look at the Suns w/o Nash, they do not miss a beat and someone always steps up and ends up with double digit assists (usually Barbosa). Nash's first MVP was absolutely ridiculous, he avg. just 15 pts and 12 assists and altho those are good numbers, they were never in any serious contention and John Stockton averaged over his entire CAREER better numbers, never won an MVP. Last season Nash had better numbers but I still thought Kobe was the most valuable player by far, hell Kobe took a team with about half the talent as the Suns and gave the Suns a HELL of a series.

As far as Lebron. He is soooo overrated...altho he is very very good he doesnt play defense and the ball stays in his hands more than any other player ive ever seen, not hard to produce stats when u have the ball 20 second out of 24 every possession. He has a problem with dribbling around to much then passing off at the last second and then b*tches about it. He also has a problem in the 4th quarter, he didnt hit his first GW shot until his 3rd season. He hardly ever dominates the 4th quarter and in big close games he usually disappears while the other team runs through them. He gets alot of "garbage" points and he doesnt raise the level of play of his teammates around him nearly as much as a ton of other players in the NBA. And again defense is part of the game and he might as well snowbird everytime b/c his defense is PATHETIC.

Definitely Steve Nash. Lebron James is a one man show while Nash truly makes all of the players around him better. Also, Nash won the MVP two straight years and he has even better numbers this year!

completely different gamers, Lebron is a lot more suitable athletic, and would dominate people by using himself more suitable constructive than Nash. he's a good shooter, has a truly good 3pt shot, and is not difficulty-free to stay away from attending to the ring. Very intimidating actual prescence. Nash is more suitable of a guy that maximizes his teammates strengths, has remarkable courtroom imaginitive and prescient, and is customary with precisely the position to get the ball to which teammate to create the superb penetration of the protection. even as it comes all the way down to it, he could also make it take position himself if favor be; he continues to be between the superb shooters in the league, is quick sufficient to get to the ring in a lot of situations, and is #3 all time maximum occupation freethrow capturing in NBA historic previous. i'm gonna bypass with Nash for one reason. He can hit the draw close 3, and makes surprising draw close floor judgements. in case you position the ball in his fingers even as the game is on the line, he will provide you with the utmost chance play given the problem, even if to take the draw close shot himself, or to bypass to the teammate with the cleanest seem. Lebron has yet to be able to close video games o.k.. take a seem the the previous 2 video games in Detroit. both very close. Lebron has a tendency to no longer be able to hit a draw close shot, and misses draw close freethrows many times.

Stevie played very well as usual I hear the coach of cleveland was like let Steve Nash drive and score that way he doesn't get his teammates involved.

But Steve was patient and waited for his teammates not looking for his shot. It was Beautiful man.

Jason Kidd played awesome tonight also he Had another triple double he has 83 career triple douples. only magic and oscar have more.

i think lebron should because hes a all round player and nash is only a scorer with good assist, but both of them deserve MVP.

Nash only had 4 points. He doesn't have to carry his team like LeBron does. If LeBron had players like Amare or Marion on his team, he'd be better too.

Nash just showed why he is the reigning MVP and why he is going to win again the MVP (barring any injuries)
