hey I just got a prize based on my points for the 1st anniversary of Yahoo answers. I was at level 4 then and I got a nice water bottle. It's something.....Plus you get bragging rights to say you are on these higher levels. I am proud of myself, though I don't take it all too seriously or anything. I just have fun.

You can use the points to ask more questions. Also, if you gain levels by gaining a certain number of points, you get rewards.

If you have less than 250 points, you lose the ability to leave a thumbs up or thumbs down, then you'll really feel left out.

Im not sure why we are starve points or what they for but its the game and we all want those points.
