does anyone know when the last harry potter book is coming out?

The release date for this book has not been given yet. J.K. has said that it is very likely to be released in 2007. I wonder though since this book, as all of the books in this series, have a life of their own even as she writes them. It may take her through the end of 2007 to say goodbye to Harry and the Hogwarts souls. Gosh, as a true lover of the story, i really hate the thought of it all being done with. But for life to begin, it has to end. Wouldnt it be cool if she did one on Dumbledore as a youth wizard next? Or Jenny and Harrys' children? WHat about the building of the school its self? Many ideas and i hope they dont stop with book 7.

Rumor has it 7/7/07, but that's just because the number looks cool. She's still not done with the book, so that can't really be the date, and it's really close (a week) to the movie opening.
If you average the dates the names were released, and the day the books were actually released, it's about 9 months. So, I'm quessing based on that the book will be released Nov/Oct/August of this year. OR March/April next year.
Order of the Pheonix date is released, for the movie. Nov. 21, 2008

No one knows yet, apart from Jk Rowling and her publishers. I personally hope and think its gona be out this year, but chances are a lot later this year (october) or next year.
Some say it's 7/7/07, but even though it is the seventh book and harry's turning 17, it is unlikely it will be published that day because of the london bombings. check mugglenet for more info. It has alot of infomation on book 7!

No one really knows but the rumours say that it will come out 7/7 (because of the whole "7" thing: 7th book, 7 horcruxes, etc.). I personally believe that it will be released later on because the movie will be released 7/13 and if they are too close together, it just won't be very good.

At Amazon.com it says Mar 31, 2007 next to the title of the book. If that means what I think it does, then horray for March 31st! The book should come out then!

I've heard that it is supposed to be coming out this summer. Sometime around the release of The Order of the Phoenix movie.

Rumors are it's coming out 7/7/07... but I think I read somewhere it might come out on 12/21... the winter solstice.
