False, 'Americans' as they are called today refuse to pay the tax and wanted it to themselves... and most of them are Irish Immigrants.

If you mean that the British Navy was Conscripting anyone they felt like into their Navy (including AMericans) is a violation of our Neutral position.

As it was not pointed to just the US ships I personally do not agree. Besides what the heck as "rights as neturals" there is no such thing without a Treaty or Accord between Nations.
