It is waste of time & money during discussion in Rajyasabha. further, most of the members of Rajyasabha are not attending the sessions. More over it is a back door entry to the members who can not win in Loksabha which is misuse by political parties for majority.

Who created this model?. Who wrote our constitution?. We have inherited the typical baniyaa mentality of not taking risk but if something is readily available, then we will happily take it. This is the reason, the IIT graduates educated on poor people's money fly to US, where things are readily available. No body wants to build the nation and improve the quality of life. Even the so called GDP growth is restricted only to a privileged class and most of them are just representing MNCs and filling their coffers.

Economic growth will trickle down to the lowest rung is a myth and India can very well be managed by less than a million people. More than 700 million will remain without clean water and toilet for another 500 years.

We need Rajya Sabha to ensure democratic debate by all section of poeple. Elected members always fall in line with their leader. Views of opposition members are ignored in Lok Sabha. Therefore to ensure a second debate, it is essential to have Rajya Sabha in a country as large as India. Agree some of the members do not attend the session. This happens in Lok Sabha too. This is so, because actors, businessmen and criminals are
elected by political parties eager to come to power without any norm.
