have a heart to heart conversation with her. stress how difficult it is for you (and MOST men) to be back in action within 10-20 minutes of ending one session of intercourse.
maybe she can come up with a way whereby she magically arouses you to new heights of sexual ability. if she knows any feasible tricks of the trade, have her publish them. she'd have a best seller on her hands.

When me and my friend have threesomes with my wife, the main thing is after you are done, wait a couple minutes till you have to urinate, then after you do that wipe it clean and have her either jerk it off or suck it hard. Works for like three rounds of sex, but you might get a bit sore dick for a day or so from the workout.
