Ummm, yeah, why can't you have fun doing something legal? As an adult (okay, I'm assuming a lot here based on your question, but, whatever) a criminal record can follow you for the rest of your life, and result in you not being able to get certain jobs, leave the country, etc. Is that really worth it for a little fun?
All right, y'all asked, so I'll answer. Strip naked and run through the commons area of your local college, or through the mall, etc. You'll get busted for public indecency if you're caught and most judges will give you probation or a small fine. Have fun.

If breaking the law is fun for you...why not jay walk...chances are you won't get in trouble with that...and to make it really fun, do it in front of a cop. He or she may actually give you a ticket. There is the old 'spit' on the sidewalk...but that may have been removed from your local law books.

Smoking cannabis is fun and illegal. It won't harm anyone as long as you don't get behind the wheel or run heavy machinery, and as long as you aren't dumb enough to get busted you'll be fine.
