For me, TEXAS baby!!!

Texas has it all--large cities, weird idiosynchrocies (i.e. Austin is one in and of itself, for the most part,) weird people, very friendly people, diversity in landscape, warm weather year-round (sometimes too warm,) beaches, mountains, piney woods, deserts, plains, grasslands, wide rivers, many cultures, great universities, no income taxes, the most gorgeous women, Blue Bell ice cream, etc.

I guess you take the bad and good everywhere, but Kentucky doesn't have as good of a job market, and certainly not all the friendly people. Plus, the rednecks and hillbillies become more scary the closer to Corbin and Middlesboro you go.

Kentucky! It's where I was born, bred, and still happily reside.

I've only realized over the past few years of traveling to a few other cities for business and pleasure, how beautiful it is here and what a great place it is to live. There are friendly and unfriendly people anywhere, but I think southern hospitality is at its best in Ky.

TEXAS. The only state that can fly its flag the same height as the U.S. flag!

And don't forget about all the great (college and professional) sports teams in Texas.

I'll take bluegrass over brown grass, myself.

Hey Texas... why don't you just go ahead and *be* another country already? We've got a president for ya if you want him.
