James Brown made out his will in 2000 before his son was born and never redid it.....now, the little boy may not get anything gfrom his father......is there any kind of law in his state that protects children in cases like this?

If James felt love for the boy enough to call him his son, and had all his faculties, then let the little fella have what his daddy left him. Who can Say why James Brown did anything? Although a great singer his personal life was not what one can call exemplary. I personally think this is sad and JB should have provided for his son but he was not the kind of man I would want for a Father.
