For example, the other night at a restraunt/bar a girl in the next booth stopped me and asked if I'd like to join them... her friends immediatly shut her down but I didn't take the chance to ask for her number.. tonight, same place new waitress. Super sweet attractive girl, nervous as hell and just as shy as I am. We exchanged glimpes of each other all night, but again I couldn't bring myself to ask her out. How can I take these situations to the next level?

I'm reserved too and don't dive at every girl's feet but I think what I am waiting for is to come across someone who I feel completely comfortable talking to and being with. If you force yourself into something or just feel desperate then you just might be one day too soon from finding someone who you could be with for the rest of your life. Why do you think the divorce rate is so high?

I always used to think, and still do a little, about how I can improve myself and be more like everyone else. A few weeks ago I realized, self-improvement isn't something you can just change, it's a side effect. Be completely into the other person and put their feelings ahead of your own. I get mad every time I think of a compliment about someone and then it's too late to give it. So, people like us just need to do less thinking and more talking.

very simple, stop whining about and do it. that's all. that's all anyone who learns anything needs to learn. shy people think everyone is looking at them all the time. get the F over it, nobody cares.
