i just started not too long ago so im not that great.... i pretty much stink at it..... but hey.... thats life huh? tips?

practice the finger rolls until you are sick to death of it then do it some more. After you have this down, the rest will appear easy, plus you will feel you are making headway.
I am serious, this is the key. Don't even change cords until you have the roll down.
