Has your partner been suckling your breasts regularly. If so it has induced lactation. A lot of women will be very jealous.

You could be pregnant now. It is highly unusual for a woman to have milking breasts and soreness of the nipple area without being pregnant. Have that checked out and confirmed by your gyn.

You may be having a hormone which is out of balance. The hormone is called Prolactin. Please do go to a doctor and get it checked out as it may cause problems of infertility later in life...Good luck

Are you sure you are not pregnant now?
Are you on any medications? Lactation can be a side effect from certain meds. (ex: Risperdal, Abilify )

The only time I had that problem was when I was pregnant. Check with your ob/gyn.
