The art of magical metal forging. The Cyclopes were giants who made some of the great "arms" of mythology.
They were also lawless man-eating shepherds.Who lived in a huge cave.
They made weapons and invisible armour for the Gods.
Such as Zeus's thunderbolt,Poseidon's Trident and Hade's invisible Helmet.
They worked for Hephaestus on an island that was accidentally found by Odysseus on his return from Troy.
To escape from working forever for the Cyclopes he had to spear the Cyclopes in its one eye with a wooden stake, then he and his men hid among and under the sheep to escape to safety.
