i think hips are beautiful! (i myself have them) but if you want to lose quick inches. do exercises on the ball, walk, and change your diet. less carbs are always the best for hips, butt, and stomach area.

leg lifts behind the body, looks like a donkey kick movement. also dancing uses those muscles and it's a fun way to exercise
