if you can not find it there follow the instructions..
Start -> Search -> All files and folders-> select drive C: -> Type Cookies in search field -> Press enter -> you will find it in front of you-> open the same folder-> select all files -> press delete

Open My Computer > C:\ Drive > goto "Documents and Settings Folder" > look for a folder with ur UserName > "Local Settings" > Open "Temporary Internet File"
Note: Some Folders will be hidden
Delete all the files from the "temporary Internet Files" folder
Thats where the Cookies are saved

Hi Tangarin,
Click Start, click control panel, click Internet options, you will now be on Internet properties page. Go down to Temporary Internet files block and click Delete Cookies, after clicking ok, then click delete files. then click ok, . . . .wa la, you are done.
Deleting Internet files will speed up your computer as they slow it down after many temp files are stored.
