Sanvean by Dead Can Dance. Hauntingly beautiful lyrics and instrumentation, and though as I understand it the lyrics actually mean nothing they evoke visions of sweeping vistas and lost love.
Second choice: Song to the Siren as performed by This Mortal Coil. Though Tim Buckly created again some hauntinly beautiful lyrics, TMC's performance really captures the piece "Did I dream you dreamt about me?"
Final Choice: a Clasical one: Barber's Addagio for Strings. This song takes you places you didn't think you could go and cover sadness and triumph in a magnificent arrangement.

there are two songs that give me goosebumps,
the first one is called "Forever Fifteen" By Heath Fagen...it gives me goosebumps because its about my baby cousin who was killed in a car accident 5 days shy of her sweet 16.
the other one is "Never Say Goodbye" By Hearts N Minds....it gives me goosebumps because its about a guy leaving for Iraq and he looks into his Girlfriend or wife's eyes and sees her crying and he says Don't say goodbye because i will soon and this war will be over. and it really hits home for me because the man i planned on marrying was killed in Iraq over a year ago, and i heard that song and it gave me goosebumps and i had his picture up on my computer well i was looking at it. and it was his birthday too

Take My Breath Away the Jessica Simpson version because whenever i hear this song her voice sounds like nails of a chalkboard, plus she cannot sing and it makes me laugh remembering the music video for the song which was horrible!

Blue Moon *the Elvis Presley Version* I watched My So-Called Life & it had this song playing on a Halloween episode & I thought it was very creepy at the time. So everytime I listen to it, I think of that episode, ghosts, and how it would be creepy to be watching ghosts re-enact their death( because that was what the episode was about) I know, I'm weird. lol

Mozart's Requiem especially the second part called the Kyrie.
THE MOST HAUNTING PIECE OF MUSIC I HAVE EVER HEARD.
Such a range of emotions from rage to tranquility instantly. A brilliant piece of work. Really makes you feel what Mozart was feeling in his last days (he was ill and then dies because of that without even finishing his requiem).

There are a few songs that do... The main one is The Little Girl by John Michael Montgomery. It's about a little girl who's parents always fight and one night her dad kills her mom and she's hiding behind the couch and see's Jesus. Then she gets taken to another family and they take her to church and she see's a statue or something and she know's who the man is then.......LOL I'm gettin chills just thinking about it.

It's old but cool--- "When a Man Loves a Woman"--- and the goose bumps come from the slow, sexy nature of the song. If you have never heard of it-- I suggest you check it out---it's a great slow song that most wedding bands play it and well, it's just soooooooooo romantic.

The second part of the enigma song "Return to Innocence". It has kinda weird/spooky/perverted aura. Probably the reason why it was cut out off the radio edit.
